Francesca Prospero Cerza

Founder

Born in Luzern, grew up in Ticino, studied in Fribourg, worked in Boston, Zurich and Pristina.

​Francesca is passionate about innovative projects and has collected a significant experience in the sales area from both perspectives: directly on the field by founding and developing a new market and on a management level by leading a sales team of 15 talented people. She is motivated by building things from scratch and empowering people. She has proven track record in increasing sales efficiency as well as sales performance.
From October 2021, she is running her own business @coworkingbar.ch: A network of laptop-friendly hotels and restaurants for coworking, smartworking and finding the perfect meeting room. She also built a business community to inspire entrepreneurship.
